If you follow me on instagram or twitter, you might have seen og read, that i went to something called Nordic Race.
Its an obstacle course, and its for beginner and more advanced sport/athletes. There are all kind og obstacles, but it all requires muscle, if there where some you couldn't do, you could take a penalty round, which was a 100 m. run.
It was the first time i went to it, and it was because one of my friends have gone last year. So i wanted to try, and push myself to my limits, ore at least see where my limits was.
On the 5 km route, there was 30 obstacles, we went, up, down, over, under and through. It was arms, legs and back muscles there was used. Up high in the wind, and literally all the way down in the mud. But it was fun and totally worth it.
I went the entire 5 km. something i actually didn't expect, because even though i work out 2 times a week, i dont have the best stamina og muscle mass.
But i gotta admit, i had more power than i realized.
My husband managed to take some pictures, and i gotta warn you, i dont look pretty, he managed to take pictures when i pushed myself the hardest.
When we got through we got a medal, and its going to be my everyday motivator, to keep myself reminded that i can do what ever i put my mind to.
