Every year, there is a event called DHL, where you can either walk 5 km, or you can run 5 km in a relay race where you are 5 on a team.
I signed up for the walk team this year, because i have a bad knee from when i played rugby, and dont want to push my luck.
But every thing went well on my walk, and it was a pretty one to, so i filmed some of the way, we went pass a water line, since we where close to the harbor, and then through the forrest.
One of my colleagues said, that we should run the relay next year, because it looked so easy, when wee was cheering on the others after our walk.
In my mind i laughed hard, because i haven't run for years, not like that, since i hurt my knee. So the only thing i could think of, was that i was gonna die trying, if we where to run next year.
But when i thought about it, why not? if my knee can handle it i would love to run. So i actually tried to run today when i was at the gym, and for now my knee is okay, it will probably come and bite me tomorrow, but it could also be just fine.
And if it is, i will defiantly try and work my way up, to run 5 km so we can do it next year, not that i will set a phantom time, but just be able to do it, would be a huge succes.
